Charlene Fuller Obituary

Fuller, Charlene R.

On August 31, 2021 Charlene R. Fuller passed away at age 64. A devout catholic, Charlene was a lifetime member of St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church, where she attended school as a young girl, and was later a member of the Women's group and spent 13 years involved with the Cub Scouts and Boy Scouts troops. She worked as a manager at the Social Security Administration for more than 30 years and she was also a member of the American Legion Post 277 Women's Auxiliary. But mostly, Charlene was all about family, and especially traveling with them. Cruises, trips to Niagra Falls, Tennessee, Mexico, and camping in the family trailer on the Susquehanna, these were the things she lived for! There was a Christmas Shopping trip to Lancaster every year, and an annual out of state trip to see the Ravens with her siblings. And in those travels, if there was a Tilt-A-Whirl, she was on it with her grandkids whom she adored. Later, with her husband Dave being a Motorcycle enthusiast for many years, Charlene decided she wanted to get in on the action, and picked out a Trike so that he could "chauffeur" her around!

Charlene R. Fuller was the Beloved wife of 45 years to David Lee Fuller; Devoted mother of Deann Truitt and husband Jesse, Tammy Booth and husband Jeremy, and Davey Fuller; Loving grandmother of Logan and Kyle Truitt, Noah and Owen Booth; Cherished sister of Clara Spencer, Margie Boyle, Charles Spencer and Matt Spencer; also survived by grandpup Maverick.

Family requests relatives and friends visit the family owned Gonce Funeral Service P.A. 4001 Ritchie Highway on Wednesday from 5 to 9 PM and Thursday 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 PM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held in St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church on Friday at 9:30 AM, followed by interment in Crownsville Veteran Cemetery.
