On May 22, 2023 Ceil passed away peacefully She was the Beloved wife of William W. Harvey Jr.,; Devoted mother of Bridget Steele and husband Greg Steele; Grandmother of Samuel Joseph Steele, Nicholas Anthony Steele and Anthony William Steele.

Ceil was a lifelong parishioner at St. Jane Frances church in Riviera Beach. She was a member of the first graduating class of St. Jane Frances school in 1954. She then went on to graduate from St. Peters Business school in Baltimore. She worked for a brief time, then married William W. Harvey Jr. in 1961. She was a devoted and loving wife, mother, and grandmother. She loved being outdoors, shopping, and reading. She had a very kind and gentle spirit and was always happy to help anyone. Most of all, she loved her family and was so proud of her 3 grandsons.

Visit the family owned Gonce Funeral Service P.A.169 Riviera Drive on Thursday from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 P.M. Mass of Christian Burial Friday  at St. Jane Frances Catholic Church  Pasadena 11:00 A.M. Interment Glen Haven Memorial Park.
