      Brian “Bubba” Patrick Connolly, age 29, of Baltimore City passed away unexpectedly in his home on Sunday, June 27. He is survived by his mother and father (Mary and Timothy Connolly), his sister and her partner (Brittany Connolly-Holley and Cory Snyder), his niece and nephew (Lillian and Liam Connolly-Holley), and his long term girlfriend (Amy Eldredge) as well as many lifelong friends that meant the world to him. Brian lived in Baltimore City for the past three years along with his girlfriend and what he liked to call their “zoo of animals”. He worked closely with his father in the construction field remodeling basements and bathrooms, but many would call him a jack of all trades. He put his all into anything he did and wanted nothing but to make his family and loved ones proud. Brian was a huge mommas boy and did everything he could to make sure his mother was always taken care of.

      Family always came first with him and his sister was one of his closest friends. He planned to have kids one day, and while he didn’t yet have kids of his own, he was the closest thing to a father figure his niece and nephew had for the majority of their lives and he loved them as if they were his own. Brian always had a smile on his face and was constantly cracking jokes trying to make those around him laugh. Anyone who knew Brian has felt his warmth and kindness on a daily basis and he will truly be missed by all.

      A memorial service for friends and family will be held at Gonce funeral home on Tuesday, July 6th from 3:00-5:00pm. A private family-only service will be held at a later date.
