Billie E. Insley

        On May 25, 2021, Billie E. Insley, U.S. Army Veteran, passed away at age 90. Mr. Insley was a beloved member of the Linthicum Community as he worked more than 50 years with his brother Joseph at the “Your Shoe Shop” in Shipley Linthicum Shopping Center. He was truly an excellent craftsman. He also loved fishing. If he was out fishing, he was happy!

        Billie Insley was the last surviving of 10 children born to the late Cassie and Roland Insley. He is survived by many loving nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.

        Visiting will be held at Gonce Funeral Service, P.A., 4001 Ritchie Highway, Baltimore, Maryland 21225 on Saturday, May 29, 2021, 11:00 am to 12:00 noon. He will be laid to rest in Cedar Hill Cemetery at 1:00 pm.
