Betty was the beloved wife of 40 years to the late William Ragan Sr.; Devoted mother of William Ragan Jr,; Donna Eszes (Don), Gloria Woods (Tony) and Betty Brown (Tom); Also blessed with 9 Grandchildren and 17 Great-grandchildren.
