On March 7, 2025, Bernice R. Fiori passed away at age 92. A devout Catholic, Bernice was a lifetime member of St. Rose of Lima Church where she was a Eucharistic minister, member of Ladies Sodality, and served on countless committees. She was a graduate of Southern High School, where she made lifelong friends with whom she played Canasta until just recently. Mrs. Fiori worked as a secretary for her husband's company H.W. Fiori and Sons General Contracting, and later stayed on as the sons took over. She was an avid fan of Baltimore sports including the Colts, Ravens and Orioles. Mount St. Joseph High School Wrestling was another favorite even before two of her sons spent time on the team.
Bernice was a kind, loving person, a dear friend to many and cherished by all of her family.
Bernice Fiori was the beloved wife of the late Henry W. Fiori; devoted mother of Timothy Fiori (Christina), Brian Austin Fiori, and the late Thomas Fiori and Madeline "Teri" Fiori Erdman; dearest stepmother of the late James Fiori and Patricia Speigel. She was loving grandmother of Tara Fiori, Timothy Fiori "TJ", Dane and Timothy Fiori, Laura Sales, Austin Fiori Erdman, Erica Erdman, James, Robert, Annette, Maria, Anthony, Donald, David and Kristen Fiori, and was also blessed with many great grandchildren.
A Memorial Gathering will be held in St. Rose of Lima Church, on Saturday, March 22, 2025 from 11am until 12 noon. A Memorial Mass will follow at 12 noon.
