On May 14, 2025, August passed away at the age of 83. Augie loved gardening and took great pride in his beautiful yard throughout the seasons. Augie is survived by his nephew William Odle, whom he raised and loved as his own son. He was the devoted brother of Ronald Cage, Carol Glorioso and Frances Basham and the late Anna-Mae Miles, Charles Cage, John Cage and David Cage. Brother-in-law to Daniel Basham, Sandra Cage, Inez Cage, and Sal Glorioso. Survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces & nephews, and his dear friend, Miss Shirley England. Lastly, Augie loved his community and was a friend and inspiration to many.
