On July 24, 2023 Otts was the beloved husband of Joyce Sears; Devoted father of Victoria Sears and husband William Minton, Debbie Sears and Lisa Sears; Also blessed with 5 grandchildren and one Great-Grandchild. Brother of Richard Sears and Sandy Sears and the late Larry Sears.
