On January 5, 2026, Angela Freeman passed away at age 66. She earned her Associate of Arts degree in Business Management from Anne Arundel Community College and continued her education later in life, taking various math and business courses—always eager to learn, grow, and challenge herself. Above all else, her family was her greatest joy and lifelong passion. She cherished time spent with her husband, daughters, and grandchildren, and could often be found alongside them watching DIY shows, cooking together, shopping, or simply sharing long conversations around the kitchen table. Those everyday moments were where her love shone brightest. She found joy in making jewelry, gardening, tackling DIY house projects, and chatting with friends.
Angela's faith was the foundation of her life. She joyfully preached and praised God at every opportunity, blessing the day of any stranger willing to say hello. Her kindness and warmth were unmistakable, and she had a rare gift for making everyone feel welcomed, seen, and at home. Known as a religious, kind, gentle, brilliant and powerful woman, she was often thanked and recognized for her generosity and her unwavering love for others.
Angela Freeman was the beloved wife of 40 years of Mark Freeman; devoted mother of Crystal (39) and Britainy Freeman (37) and son in law, Jacob Schaeffer (48); blessed with grandchildren Carlee (16), Jacob (15), Gabriel (13) and Kyson (9); dear sister of John, Marc and Brian Tritz.
Visitation will be at Gonce Funeral Service, P.A., 4001 Ritchie Highway, on Friday (January 16, 2026) from 3 to 5 PM and 7 to 9 PM. Funeral service will be Saturday (January 17, 2026) at 11 AM. Angela's favorite color was pink, a reflection of her vibrant and loving spirit. In her honor, the family warmly invites everyone to include pink or flowers in their attire as a celebration of her life and the beauty she shared so freely.
