Makar, Andrew W. Sr.
On April 16, 2023 Andrew W. Makar Sr. of Linthicum Heights. Beloved husband of Elizabeth (Betty) A. Makar (nee Dixon). Dear father of Andrew Makar Jr. and his late wife Barbara, Michelle Becker and her husband Howard, Brenda Makar and her companion Joseph D'Antoni, Dwayne Makar and his wife Taryn. Cherished grandfather of Bryce Becker and wife Lisa, Amanda Collins and husband Ron, Sarah Becker and her companion Ernesto Marquez, Abigail Makar, Logan Makar, Kyle Steinle and wife Jennifer and Meredith Ventura. Great grandfather of Sylas Becker and Eliana Ventura. Brother of Shirley Johnson, Mary E. Kavanagh and the late Daniel Makar, Louis Makar and Joseph Makar. Also survived by nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
The family requests relatives and friends to visit the family owned GONCE FUNERAL SERVICE P. A. 4001 Ritchie Hwy. on Monday and Tuesday from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 PM. A Funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday at 10:00 am in St. Philip Neri Catholic Church. Interment to follow with Military Honors in New Cathedral Cemetery.
