Gunkel, Thomas F.

      On October 9, 2019. Thomas "Mr. Christmas" passed away at 73 years old. He is the beloved son of the late Edward and Lillian Gunkel; Cherished Brother of Edward Gunkel and wife Nancy. He was also blessed with his nieces, Kimberly Kelly and her husband Paul, Katie Welsh and her husband Chris, and Terri Evans and her husband Scot, and great nieces Kristen Drumm, Rachel Vendemia, and great nephew Timothy Kelly. He is also survived by his loving kitty Bright Eyes.

      Mr. Thomas loved the holidays. His most favorite time of the year was Christmas. He was known as "Mr. Christmas" Thomas enjoyed collecting Hallmark ornaments and had an extensive collection of model trains. He is very much loved and will be missed by his friends and family.

      Family requests relatives and friends to visit the family owned Gonce Funeral Service P.A. 4001 Ritchie Highway on Friday from 11 to 1 PM. Service will begin at 1 PM. Followed by interment in Holy Cross Cemetery. Please feel free to leave condolences here.
