      Ms. Ruby Lee Stevens passed away peacefully in Baltimore Maryland on 11/28/2019 at the age of 93 due to a heart condition. Ruby was born on September 29th, 1926 in West Virginia. She was raised by her two parents Lucy and Raymond Rollins. She lived on a farm for all her childhood years and decided to move to Baltimore to enjoy city life. Ruby loved to be around people and share stories and laughs. Almost every day she would go to her favorite restaurant, Sunset. She loved to go there to eat and talk with friends especially her favorite bartender Lisa. Ruby was known by everyone to be fashionable, always had her nails done and no matter the occasion, if it was to the grocery store or to the doctors she would always dress to impress. Ruby is survived by long-time companion Arthur, good friends Don and Becky, adopted family Isiah, Pam, and Kobe, and her “fur baby” Waffles. In the end, Ruby was a loving, caring, and let us not forget spunky soul that will care and support anyone she loves.
