Hennessey, Rose M.

      Rose was born September 25, 1927 to the late John and Magdalena Grosskopf. She was raised in the Baltimore area, raised Catholic, and a graduate of St. Rose of Lima. Later She met the love of her life Thomas. Together they had 5 children, and 54 wonderful years of marriage. Rose enjoyed her prayer meetings and praying the Rosary. She loved spending time with her family and all her grandchildren. Thanksgiving was always a special celebration in her home. Rose loved to make sure everyone was fed. She was sweet, funny, hospitable, and lived a full life. She will be greatly missed by her family.

      On November 18, 2019  Rose M. Hennessey joined her beloved husband Thomas F. Hennesey Sr. in Heaven. She was 92 years old. She is the loving mother of Patricia Vincent, Thomas Hennessey Jr. and wife Elizabeth, Sharon McKenzie and husband Mark, Rosemary Butler and husband Robert, and Margiann Calvert and Charlie. Rose was also blessed with 9 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.

      Family requests relatives and friends to visit the family owned Gonce Funeral Service P.A. 4001 Ritchie Highway on Thursday from 2 to 6 PM. Service will begin at 6 PM.
