      On November 1, 2018, Naomi Irene Perry, age 82, was welcomed into heaven for the All Saints Day celebration by her beloved husband of 63 years James Perry. Mrs. Perry held the position of Manager at 1st National Bank and enjoyed dances, bingo, bowling and shopping. She was a most diligent homemaker who loved decorating and celebrating Thanksgiving and Christmas with all her family around her big table. Family vacations, close friends playing pinochle and dancing at weddings were a few other favorite things. Mrs. Perry and her husband enjoyed their retirement watching their grandchildren grow.

      Naomi is the beloved wife of the late James M. Perry Sr.; Devoted mother of James M. Perry Jr. and his wife Kathleen M. Perry, Carla A. Perry, and the late Thomas D. Perry, and Lola M. Thorpe; Cherished Nana of Heather M. McBride, Christina L. Ward, Douglas B. Perry, Michael J. Horn, Megan A. Thorpe, and Matthew T. Perry. Nana was also blessed with 9 great grandchildren and one on the way. She is also the dear sister of the late Lola Hood, and Clifton "Kicky" Hood.

      Family requests relatives and friends to visit the family owned Gonce Funeral Service P.A. 4001 Ritchie Highway on Wednesday from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 PM. A Funeral Mass will be held in St. Philip Neri Church on Thursday at 9:30 AM. Followed by interment in Crownsville Veterans Cemetery. Please feel free to express condolences for the family here.
