On August 5, 2019 Michael Devoted son of the late Mable and Albert Carter; Beloved brother of Mary Alice Schneider and husband George Schneider, Douglas Carter and wife Doris Carter, Glenn Carter and fiancé Tammy Koger and the late Gary Carter and wife Donna Carter; Also blessed with 9 nieces and nephews and 15 Great-Nieces and Great-Nephews.

For the past ten years, Michael was a client at Opportunity Builders, working in the warehouse operating the shrink wrap machine.  Mike loved his job at OBI, his co-workers and all the staff.  On Friday nights Michael attended the Rec Center in Catonsville to dance and sing with his friends.  His great love was bowling, and he bowled every Saturday with the HAP Bowling League.  Mike’s other great love was WWE wrestling.  He never missed a program and he loved attending matches.  Michael served as the Sergeant of Arms for the Sons of the American Legion, Post 34, for twenty-five years and always looked forward to attending the monthly meetings.  Michael had great love for his family and many, many friends.  He was kind and gentle and loved by all.
