After retiring, Julia could be found at her home working on her vegetable garden; cutting her coupons out of the paper and putting together her shopping list for the week; and reading the newspaper and doing the crossword puzzle. Of course, the “Raven’s Report Card” was a must read every Monday giving us the full report after! Jeopardyand Wheel of Fortune was also a must every evening. She was pretty good! She also enjoyed cooking for her “bunch” makingsure everyone had leftovers for dinner for the following day. On the weekends Julia would most likely be hosting a family get together at her residence. Whether it just be socializing with the family or cooking on the grill or just watching a movie. She loved the presence of her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
She was the beloved wife of the late Charles F.
