On December 3, 2018 Josephine V. Beloved wife of the late George Coulter Jr.,; Devoted mother of Nila Mangum and husband Charles, Ricky Coulter and wife Shirley and Joann Karopchinsky and husband Edward; Grandmother of Richard, Cheri, Amy, Jimmy, Danny, Eddie, Steven and Bart; Also blessed with 20 Grandchildren and 8 Great-Grandchildren; Sister of Ray Sanchez, Dorothy Gamez and Teresa Owings.

Graveside services will be held on Wednesday at 10:00 A.M. at Cedar Hill Cemetery 5829 Ritchie Highway Baltimore, MD 21225.
