      On January 4, 2018. Joan went home to be with her husband John K. Patton; She is the loving mother of Kelly Fisher, Joseph Patton, Mitchell Patton, and Edgar Patton; beloved Grandmother of Angel Potts, Jason Patton, Cindy Waddel, Andrew Patton, Ryan Patton, Shelby Patton, Jordan Patton, Kendal Jones, Kilian Fisher, and blessed with 8 great grandchildren;  Dear sister of Dave Mitchell, and the late Wayne Mitchell, and Denise Ordway.

      Joan enjoyed skyline drives and traveling the world with her husband John. Together they collected license plates from all different states. Joan would take frequent trips to Ocean City with her family, and liked people watching while  narrating  comical stories about them. Christmas was a special time of the year as her house was the place where family gathered. Joan enjoyed crocheting baby blankets and sweaters for her family. She is very much loved and will be missed. 

      Family requests relatives and friends to visit the Gregory J. Gonce Funeral Home P.A. 169 Riviera Beach  Drive on Thursday from 11 to 1 PM. Service will begin at 1 PM. Followed by interment in Meadownridge Memorial Park. Feel free to express condolences here for the family.
