      On July 6, 2018. Franklin was the beloved husband of the late Marcea R. Witles; Dear father of Edward Vincent Witles; Cherished father-in law to Gladys Witles; Loving grandfather to Isa Richardson, Christine Witles, Edward Joseph Witles, Faith Witles, Sam Witles, Lydia Witles, Susanna Witles, and Hannah Witles; Great grandfather of Talon Richardson. Preceded in death by his brother William Witles and also blessed with nieces and nephews. 

      Franklin was a member of the Lake Shore Baptist church in Pasadena MD. He had a genuine loving relationship with his grandchildren, and passed his wisdom and good work ethic down to them.

      Family requests relatives and friends to join them for a  graveside service on Thursday at 10 AM in Moreland Memorial Park 1601 Taylor Avenue, Baltimore MD 21234. Please feel free to leave condolences for the family here.
