On October 12, 2018, Ellis Lee Kincer a resident of Fawn Grove, Pennsylvania passed away of natural causes. Born in Sassafras, Kentucky on April 16, 1938 to Lola Boggs and Shade Kincer. Father of Stephen Mark Kincer of Cape Coral, Florida, Timothy Scott Kincer of Airville, Pennsylvania and Patrick Michael Kincer of Perry Hall, Maryland. Grandfather of Aimee York, Bryan Feuerstein, Stephen Kincer and Justin (Jude) Kincer and many great grandchildren. Brother of Hedwine Caldwell. Carolyn Quigley his partner for 10 years. Proceeded in death by his loving wife Vera G. Kincer. He was a Sea Scout in Baltimore City in his younger years. He was a graduate of Baltimore Polytechnic Institute. He enjoyed many years exploring yacht clubs on the Chesapeake Bay and served as the Commodore of both Belvedere Yacht Club and The Chesapeake Commodores Club (2005). His passion was boating, fishing and crabbing on the Chesapeake Bay.
