On January 8, 2019 Douglas M Slaubaugh. Beloved husband of Heather L. Slaubaugh (nee Hatfield). Devoted and loving father of Anastasia Lee and Roman Michael Slaubaugh. Dear brother of DJ Slaubaugh Jr., Uncle of Joseph (Joey) and James Slaubaugh. Cherished son of Dawn M. (nee Prince) and the late Donald J. Slaubaugh Sr. Grandson of Georgianna and Charles Canale and Mary and the late Vernon Slaubaugh Sr. Also survived by aunts, uncles and other relatives and many friends.
The family requests relatives and friends to visit the family owned GONCE FUNERAL SERVICE on Friday from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 pm. Services will be held on Saturday at 11:00 am. Interment will be held in Glen Haven Memorial Park Cemetery.
