Loving sister of David Fuller and his wife Charlene and Bobby Fuller and his wife Lynne. Deborah is survived by her loving foster children Gabriela N. Rivera and her daughter Adelina M. Baxter and Nikki L. Thomas and her husband Duane D. Thomas and their son Aiden C. Thomas. Also survived by other relatives and friends.
