      On January 19, 2019. Blanche passed away at 93 years old. She is the beloved wife of Master Chief Petty Officer Frank M. Koch, U.S. Navy Retired. Devoted mother of Edgar Koch and his wife Lynda, and Regina Petty. Loving grandmother of Edgar, Adam, Jamie, Kelly, Derrick, and the late Kurt.

      Family requests relatives and friends to visit the family owned Gonce Funeral Service P.A. 4001 Ritchie Highway on Saturday from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 PM. Service will begin at 8 PM. Burial will take place at a later date. Please feel free to leave condolences here for the family.
