Bates, Amy Bates, Wendy Bates and mother in law of Purmon Ellis, Matt Moore and Alton "Ray" Brown. Cherished grandmother of Brianna Myers, Nathaniel Brown, Shila Bates, David F. Bates 3rd, Asani Ellis, Aden Hernandez, Reighanna Brown, Keem'on Ellis and Roland Moore. Sister of Pauline Sherrill and Cindy Thomas.
The family requests relatives and friends to visit the family owned Gonce Funeral Service P. A. 4001 Ritchie Hwy. on Tuesday December 13, 2016 from 2:00 till 4:00 PM at which time a Memorial Service will be held. Interment will be private. Also survived by many other loving relatives and friends.
