    On July 12, 2017 Samuel G. Kemp passed away at age 96. He was a WWII Army Veteran and owner-operator of Cedar Hill Florist of Brooklyn Park since 1945.  Mr. Kemp was the beloved husband of 72 years to the late Gladys Kemp; devoted father of Larry Kemp, Diane Dunivin, Kenneth Kemp, Donald Kemp and Joyce Cossentino; also blessed with 13 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.
