On August 7, 2016 Frank beloved husband of Erma L. (nee Payne) Rainey. Dear father of Karen Kelch and her husband Thomas Kelch, Steve Rainey and his wife Rebecca Yost-Rainey and the late Cindy Rainey. Cherished grandfather of Christopher Kelch, Andrew, Jessica and Katey Rainey and Tracy Broadwater. Brother of James and the late Charles Rainey. Also survived by other relatives and friends.
The family requests relatives and friends to visit the family owned GONCE FUNERAL SERVICE P. A. 4001 Ritchie Hwy. on Wednesday from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 PM. Services will be held at the funeral home on Thursday at 11:00 AM. Interment to follow in Meadowridge Memorial Park Cemetery.
