    On June 26, 2017 Billy H. Carpenter passed away at age 87. He was the beloved husband of the late Mary R. Carpenter; devoted father of William H. Carpenter Jr. and his wife Jeanne, and Allan Carpenter; loving grandfather of Sara and Adam.

    Friends may visit at Gonce Funeral Service P.A., 4001 Ritchie Highway, on Friday 11am to 1pm. Service will be held at 1pm followed by interment in Maryland Veterans Cemetery,
