 Gonce Funeral Service P.A. on Ritchie Highway in Brooklyn, Maryland is proud to announce the apprenticeship of Adam Znamirowski, son of current owners, Jerome and Donna Znamirowski and grandson of founders George and Marguerite Gonce. Adam marks the beginning of the third generation of morticians in the Gonce family. "I really believe Funeral Service is an honorable profession, and I look forward to helping those we serve", he said, " I am proud to follow in my family's footsteps." This is a landmark year for Gonce Funeral Service as in 2011 we are celebrating 60 years in funeral service.
Adam is a graduate of St. Rose of Lima school in Brooklyn, and Mount Saint Joseph High School. He attended Anne Arundel Community College for a time and then decided to enter the Mortuary Science Program at Community College of Baltimore. Adam hoped to complete his schooling in the spring of 2012 and take his licensing exams shortly after. We congratulate him on his accomplishments.
